This tracks the three regressions for most ilp32 targets (see target field;
default configurations only) that were appearing with r14-5608-g69741355e6dbcf;
regressions because they didn't show up before, in particular as a XPASS.
For discussing underlying issues, PR96831 is probably a better choice.
