I will take this one so I don't lose track of it while also looking at the
double space behaviors in 'dg-do run' vs 'dg-do  run'.

gfortran-dg-runtest is always torture.

I am not sure if we want to change that but we definitely need a non torture
area to run some testcases that have explicitly needs.
