Well, trying this suggestion didn't work for me. I still fail to reproduce it
by replacing loops' iteration counts w/ values close to INT_MAX, and even by
making loops iterate from values close to INT_MIN to values close to INT_MAX.
Changing optimization levels also didn't yield anything.

It disappeared in r237527:

* g++.dg/vect/pr36648.cc: Disable cunrolli
* tree-ssa-loop-ivcanon.c (tree_estimate_loop_size): Fix estimation
of comparsions in the last iteration.

Which is a change in heuristics, thus I guess it's still latent even on trunk.
Probably changing iteration space in the test-case would re-trigger the issue.

I cannot reproduce it anymore w/ gcc-7.0.0-alpha20170108 snapshot and isl 0.18.

-O2 and above.
