[PATCH][pushed] configure: enable plugin support for ld.mold

Hi.

There's another part of mold enablement.
Going to push it.

gcc/ChangeLog:

        * configure.ac: Now ld.mold support LTO plugin API, use it.
        * configure: Regenerate.
