[PATCH 0/2][GCC][Arm]: MVE fixes for codegen and testsuite

Hi,

I noticed some issues with the patches that landed on trunk and this 
patch series fixes them.  The first issue was revealed after I fixed the 
testisms (in patch 2/2).
