Fix another test that was trying to set the architecture directly
rather than using the infrastructure as intended.

gcc/testsuite:

        * gcc.target/arm/pr88648-asm-syntax-unified.c: It isn't necessary
        to try to override the architecture flags specified by arm_arch_v7a.
