Hi, This patch makes gcov-tool build configurable. A new configure option --disable-gcov-tool is added to disable the build.
It also fixes some build issues for mingw. Tested with regression and bootstrap. mingw test is ongoing. OK to check in if mingw build passes? Thanks, -Rong
