        std::unique_ptr rather than plain rejected_constraint *.

        Likewise.
        (feasibility_problem::~feasibility_problem): Delete.
        (feasibility_problem::m_rc): Use std::unique_ptr.

        Likewise.
        * feasible-graph.h (class infeasible_node): Likewise.
