[gdal-dev] ogrinfo in GDAL 1.9.2 reporting wrong dimension for layer geometry type

Hi,

Just to inform you that we have spotted a regression in 1.9.2 : ogrinfo (and 
any code using OGRGeometryTypeToName()) will report 3D geometry types for 2D 
layers, and vice versa. See http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/4871

This is now fixed in SVN in trunk and 1.9 branch. And this will get into 1.9.3 
when it will be released.
