Ok,

I am closing the vote now. Results:

Two +1's and no -1's or 0's. The vote passed.

I want to ask who am I supposed to send this vote in order to proceed with
setting up
a repository in the incubator and importing my changes in it? :-\

Thank you all, and have a nice day.

Podling reports

2007-06-15 Thread Jim Jagielski

As we start generating the next round of podling reports,
each podling is reminded to provide the full round of
information to the board, as previously requested.
Many reports are lacking such info as Steps required
for graduation and a short synopsis of what the podling
does. If the Mentors could ensure the valid format that
would be great.

Also, it's not acceptable to provide a report simply
cut-paste from the Wiki. It should be in a clear,
readable text format for inclusion in the board
agenda (and eventually the minutes).

Thanks!

And reality, since mod_ftp and ActiveMQ have graduated :)

Re: Missing reports

2007-06-15 Thread Craig L Russell
By the way, one of the things we've recently added to the graduation
guide is to clean out remnants of the graduated podling from e.g.
reporting schedules. When the graduated project adds itself to the
board schedule it should remove itself from the incubator schedule.

So what constitutes a good report then? Is there an example of a good
report (I like to think the Wicket report is in good shape, but I may
be wrong) we can link to in one of the guides?
