[RESULT] Re: [IP CLEARANCE] Apache Felix File Install contribution
It has been a week, so I guess it is time to close this IP clearance request. It passes via lazy consensus. -> richard Richard S. Thanks for the suggestion. None of the email addresses mentioned in this email are subscribed to general@, so currently, I find this email bizarrely inexplicable. My 2p: I've been doing this recently with qpid, partly because I'm wrangling a large merge at the moment (which it does better than straight svn) and partly because it suits my typical workflow a bit better: cheap local branching means I can hack on something, get interrupted, create another branch to work on that interruption in isolation, commit that to HEAD, rebase the branch from the first thing and pick up where I left off without having to take intermediate patches, revert that out, reapply etc which is what I did before. The initial import is ridiculouisly slow if you take all the history because the asf has one repo for all the projects and it looks at each revision, but you can tell it to only pull history from a certain point. - Aidan -- aim/y!:aidans42 g:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://aidan.skinner.me.uk/ "Almost everything is imitation... Ben, I'm afraid I cannot work out exactly what list is sending you mail. This mail came to me through general@incubator.apache.org, but you are not subscribed to that list. I can only deduce that you are referring to the umauk.co.uk list that is CCd. If there is anything you want to see done relating to apache.org lists, please do contact me. However, as far as lists at apache.org, I do not currently believe any action is required. A common problem is when someone in your company (or similar) has subscribed the developers list (or similar) of that company onto the Apache list (or similar). But this should be possible to deduce from the headers. Endre. - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
