The release contents have been pushed out to the main Apache release site and to the Maven Central sync, so the releases should be available as soon as the mirrors get the syncs. Apache SIS (incubating) is a toolkit that spatial information system builders or users can use to build applications containing location context. Apache SIS 0.2-incubating contains a number of improvements.
