Well I only sent that yesterday so... there's still time (but technically
was due yesterday). It's unfortunately become the norm. With the holidays
as well, I suspect more people will be out.

There is for instance a report of a podling of mine that I've not signed
off on. I believe they know why, but I may follow up.

The corrective measure is the board's feedback every month. I can only
encourage podlings to speak up.

- Bring up to your mentors the fact that they don't sign off.
- Mentors bring up to each other when sign off is missing.
- IPMC members point out when it's happening, or missing (as in your
response).

Re: [DRAFT] Incubator PMC Board Report - December 2016

2016-12-12 Thread P. Taylor Goetz
When I read the first draft, I was kind of alarmed at the lack of mentor sign
offs, but wanted to give it a few days. I'm still concerned.

Do we need some sort of corrective measure?

On a brighter note, I'm really impressed with the Streams turnaround. Kudos to
the mentors, PPMC, and community for seemingly turning that project around from
the brink of retirement to the brink of graduation. Nice work!
