IPMC members, this podling (like all podlings) deserves a timely vote
on their efforts. But 2.5 days into the vote, we have only one binding
vote. If you are an IPMC member and have not voted on a podling
release recently, now is the time to step up. Let's not rely on the
diligence of John and Justin yet again.

by the Apache CarbonData PPMC below, which establishes Apache CarbonData as a 
new top-level project at the Apache Software Foundation, as follows:
