Re: [MENTORS] April 2021 Incubator report timeline

2021-03-29 Thread Justin Mclean
Hi,

There was a tooling issue. As Dave mentioned these are the projects that need
to report:
annotator
bluemarlin
datalab
eventmesh
flagon
hivemall
liminal
livy
milagro
mxnet
nlpcraft
nuttx
pagespeed
pegasus
ponymail
spot
teaclave
toree
tubemq
weex
yunikorn

I’ll fix up the boilerplate report.

Thanks,
Justin

The March report was too sparse and further detail is needed. Since I am now
your mentor again I’ll help review the April report on the dev@nlpcraft mailing
list

Dave - when you say the report "was not accepted", what does it mean? For
example, NLPCraft community filed the report in March and it is due again
in April?

Hi,

I think we may have a slight tooling issue, perhaps related to the 1st April
falling on Wednesday and me being in the southern hemisphere. I’ll look into it
and correct the list.

Re: [MENTORS] April 2021 Incubator report timeline

2021-03-29 Thread Dave Fisher
Hi Dominik,

A large number of March reports were not accepted.
• Hivemall
• Livy
• NLPCraft
• PageSpeed
• Spot
• Toree
• Weex

However, I agree with you that the list should be:

"Annotator Developers"
"BlueMarlin Developers"
"DataLab Developers"
"EventMesh Developers"
"Flagon Developers"
"Hivemall Developers"
"Liminal Developers"
"Livy Developers"
"Milagro Developers"
"MXNet Developers"
"NLPCraft Developers"
"NuttX Developers"
"PageSpeed Developers"
"Pegasus Developers"
"Pony Mail Developers"
"Spot Developers"
"Teaclave Developers"
"Toree Developers"
"TubeMQ Developers"
"Weex Developers"
"YuniKorn Developers"

AND NOT:

"AGE Developers"
"brpc Developers"
"Crail Developers"
"Hivemall Developers"
"Hop Developers"
"Livy Developers"
"Marvin-AI Developers"
"Nemo Developers"
"NLPCraft Developers"
"PageSpeed Developers"
"Spot Developers"
"StreamPipes Developers"
"Toree Developers"
"Wayang Developers"
"Weex Developers"

Regards,
Dave

Hi Justin,

I think the list of expected reports below for April refers to reporting group
3 (usually reporting in March), but should be group 1 for April (plus a few
podlings who didn't report last month) - is this correct?
