Reporting timeline is as follows:
Wed January 05 Podling reports due by end of day 
Sun January 09 Shepherd reviews due by end of day 
Sun January 09 Summary due by end of day 
Tue January 11 Mentor signoff due by end of day 
Wed January 12 Report submitted to Board 
Wed January 19 Board meeting

Annotator provides annotation enabling code for browsers, servers, and
humans.

Annotator has been incubating since 2016-08-30.

The download page has a broken link for version 1.8.0. Typo in the source URL.

Also, it's not very user-friendly to use 'Download' for all the link text.

Normally the link text is the base name of the file, or in the case of
hashes and sigs it is the extension.

For example one might put:

1.9.0  apache-mxnet-src-1.9.0-incubating.tar.gz ascsha512

Using text such as the above makes it clearer to the user what they are getting.
