Just noticed that the mailing lists only have one moderator each (the
same person).

Remember that moderation requests expire after a few days so it is
important to have several moderators to provide proper coverage for
absences. Generally a minimum of 3 is recommended.

Just FYI,  I already updated the proposal on the mailing list part.
We can use the domain of hugegraph.apache.org during the incubation,
and we don't need change the domain after the graducation.
