Felix, (1) yes, I think the Sedona community is ready for a DISCLAIMER,
instead of DISCLAIMER-WIP. We will change it in the next release (2) sure,
we can add the Apache License to all notebooks

Chao, thanks for reminding us. Yes, according to [1], a source release is
sufficient. But it is also ok to release binary packages alongside the
source.
