Hi...

   1st of all congrats. I have only one question/comment, in the charter
draft why you call it Apache Lucy Project why not just Apache Lucy ?

definitely reached self sufficience and self direction.  In aggregate, 
the the Lucy PPMC knows as much about the Apache Way as any of the

[DISCUSS] Graduation of Lucy to TLP

The Apache Lucy community feels ready to graduate from the Incubator.

We've discussed[0] and voted[1] on the issue and drafted a 
resolution[2]. Now we would like feedback from the Incubator community 
on the draft resolution, so that we can move toward a final version and 
call a VOTE on this list.


For your edification, some data points gleaned from our status page[3]. 
Since entering the Incubator in July, 2010:


 * five releases
 * three new PPMC members
 * five new committers
