Hi! I'd like to nominate Jun Aoki (a committer on Apache Ambari) for this project. He's done a lot of integration work with testpatch for Amabri and Geode. To see it in work, here's an example of a JIRA with patches going in for review https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-10798 what you don't see there is that a naming can tell the patch scripts which branch it is against, which lets you produce patches against branch-2 as well as trunk.
