Hello, Zeta Components has been retired and the committers want to go to github with the project. They have requested to keep their name and reached out for trademarks if this is possible. Shane explained he would agree in this case if: A) the IPMC confirms the podling is retired B) the retirement guide has been fulfilled C) the community clearly note on their homepage that they are not longer associated with the ASF We have a successful vote for A). Why does the IPMC need to vote on this? I don't see it as part of the list below of things the trademarks committee requires.
