Re: License question when including other ASF projects
Hey Chris, Thank you, solved that. Wasn’t sure about the licenses, but as they come from Calcite we just whitelisted Eclipse. Cheers, —Alex > On 3. AW: License question when including other ASF projects
Hi Alex, sorry for the late response ... I also checked and the Eclipse Distribution Licence 1.0 seems to be Category A and EPL 2.0 cat B, so it should be ok as long as you only have dependencies to it. However I don’t know the plugin that you are using, so I can’t really help about how to resolve false-positives ... might have a look at it thoug. Re: License question when including other ASF projects
Hey Dominik, Sry for bugging, any chance you know how to tune the license check that the Eclipse License passes? https://github.com/apache/incubator-wayang/actions/runs/4845087374/jobs/8633774880#step:6:1151 It’s merged, but we’d love to have a green build :) Cheers, —Alex > On 29. RE: License question when including other ASF projects
Hi Alex, EPL 2.0 should be fine in case it is included in binary-only form (see Category B under [1]).
