If we ever get to the point where Incubator reports are submitted via web
form, I hope to contribute some code which performs word wrapping and
indenting automatically so that the Report Manager doesn't have to worry over
this.  It'll be tricky though because people use different bullet styles... I
dunno, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
