Infra would be a good place to dicsuss this. Not sure the incubator can help here. And yes, infra uses bintray. I know from some of their self built deb packages, they stage them here. Given there's an asfinfra user there, it seems official. I doubt the infra team would be involved otherwise :) Maybe they have instructions on how to interact with the account? Hi all, I was pointed at https://bintray.com/apache. Is that an "official" bintray account for apache?
