These are organized by date, then module.  There also is a single
alljars.zip which contains everything.

That is because anoncvs requires a password.  Note that only happens the
FIRST time you update the website.

there was one wrinkle - i needed to do a cvs login (and for some reason 
create a  .cvspass file in my home directory on jakarta.apache.org)

i suppose that now i owe you that site document patch...
