[site] Translated (Web) - Unofficial Resources...?

Agreed. Go ahead. (Or, i will do it by myself ;-) 'Community Resources (Unofficial)' is very nice naming. News Blog (currently - http://www.terra-intl.com/tetsuya/) perhaps can join.
