These are Bible texts, but we cannot assume that all of them are in the public domain. Translations and commentaries may still be copyrighted if they're recent enough. I've tried to be thorough in https://bugs.gentoo.org/703604, but for the packages that were last rited I was either unable to find any license information, or upstream information indicated that we cannot redistribute them.
