# Removal of dev-libs/libowfat because it fails to build (bug

# follow the mask.
#
# sys-process/minit is already masked for removal

# net-misc/slidentd also links statically (bug #273326).

dev-libs/libowfat _does_ build. I currently have the version
complained about in the bug installed on amd64, try instead compiling
with gcc-4.4 and/or sending your bug report upstream.

If it doesn't build with gcc-4.4, it better go sooner rather than later,
because its going to break in a week. He doesn't maintain the package,
do you? If so, then please send the bug report upstream and become the
maintainer of this package if you want to keep it around.

Thanks,

Completely unnecessary, last rites was premature. See the bug, the
problem was in dietlibc, which has actually already been fixed, which
is why there's a dietlibc bump bug currently waiting for someone to
resolve ;)

Ok guys, libowfat can build using gcc 4.4 and glibc 2.10 with
dev-libs/dietlibc-0.32 , for which I submitted a bug (#280941). Once
#280941 is done we can save dev-libs/libowfat.
