I will continue to maintain eudev 1.10.x which has userland firmware 
loading support.  Versions 2.0 and above removed it.

Nothing if they follow the CONFIG_CHECK that tells them to set
CONFIG_FW_LOADER_USER_HELPER=n.

We are in the middle of assessing whether we should drop this code or 
not for backwards compatibility.
