Never mind. I did this myself.

It's pretty time consuming to do it one-by-one (only 10 of them, luckly).
Do we have access to the underlying database to do it with an SQL line 
for next time ?

Such as minimum bounding circle for the C API? Though it looks like
other C API changes are scheduled for 3.4.

Yeah, that one is for 3.4. Feel free to rebase it.
