Noted cpu usage with no active job - why?

   Appears to be related to failing cite build cleanup

   Jenkins is unable to delete CITE build resources for some reason
   permissions issue?
   -

  It looks like a different user (juanluisrp) owns the contents of
  these workspaces, so jenkins doesn’t have the permissions to delete it.
  This is likely a docker configuration issue, and must be fixed within the
  job config somewhere.
  -

   this is the main use of disk space
