Try this:

http://ftpsearch.lycos.com/cgi-bin/search?form=lycosnet&query=gimp-1.1.24*i386.r
pm&doit=Go+Get+It%21&filetype=All+files

It should give you a long list of FTP sites with the file :-)

GIMP 1.1.24 RPM

2000-08-04 Thread Andrew J Fortune

All,

Where can I find a comprehensive RPM package for the latest developers
version of GIMP (i.e. v 1.1.24) ?

I have already downloaded one such file, namely
gimp-1.1.24-0_helix_1.i386.rpm -- it worked OK, but this had a lot of stuff
missing. Specifically, I was looking for perl plug-ins - which were not
available as part of this package.

I have also downloaded the source, and have been to hell and back trying to
compile it.

Thanks in advance.
