I think perhaps you are mistaken.  There are ps versions of the documents but
not HTML ones in the Solaris distribution.

tar -tzf ghc-4.06-sparc-sun-solaris2.tar.gz | grep html
 fptools/html/
(and nothing else)

Oh, sorry about that.  I've uploaded a more complete dist now.
