Hello, Ismail maskani and all the mailing list members, Pakhtosoft want to be the Coordinator of the Pashto group. Ismail I am asking you to give us the privileges to become the coordinator of the Pashto group. We can work more and more willingly on it and we can do it in less time. You (Ismail) can also join us to work together. nono dooteo, I had translated it long time ago in launchpad, and I posted about in the beagle mailing-list (asking how should I do it). Some days after, Joe was king enough to answer my question. he told me that the translation was managed in gtp (I had looked through the basque packages in l10n, and I hadn't found it, so that was the instant when I knew it). So, the next step I made was to post you about it (I'll forward you the message, if you will). I had no answer, there was no basque translation, and I already had forgoten about it by the time we finally got in contact (I mean, dooteo and me); so, I had no reason to worry more about it, and I followed on with other works. dooteo, you already have my email and you know I usually answer really fast. I could have told you again in a breeze. I don't think this is so big a deal (to write to mailing list and all), as language-admins can change trans with no problem (and again, I did tell you). also, you know that you're absolutely free to mod the translation I made for beagle (although it's gramatically/lexically correct and I think it follows the style you told me about) or any other app in the gnome ring. Even I could do the changes you could ask me for (kde basque-admin told me to change one style-related thing all over a 1400string package, and he received the changed file in a matter of hours. There's no problem on it) regards to everyone pd: I'm used to write long sentences, and it can be a bit messy in english. I hope they're clear enough. GOffice and LINGUAS
Hi everyone :) I've just updated GOffice (which seems to be bits and pieces of other files), but I noticed that Damned Lies warned Entry for this language is not present in ALL_LINGUAS in configure file. So, after translating the file, I looked for ALL_LINGUAS. String breakage in yelp
Hi, It appears I've been a bad boy and (accidentally) committed a string change to yelp. The affected string change is: - No href attribute found on yelp:document + No href attribute found on yelp:document\n in yelp-transform.c (i.e. the addition of a \n at the end). First, sorry. It was a genuine mistake that I overlooked when trying to debug an issue in yelp. The string belongs to a warning message that is spewed to the terminal. Under vitrually no circumstances should this be displayed [1]. Since I committed this, there have been several translations committed [2]. For this reason, I've been somewhat nervous about backing the change out. I'm happy to back out the change if requested, but do not want to cause more problems for translators. Therefore, I'm requesting either a) permission to leave the string as is or b) permission to revert the change. I'm happy to do either, but would like the i18n team to let me know which they would prefer. Promise, this is the final change I'm making to yelp this cycle.
