Oops... I see from your status page that I neglected to add several
files to POTFILES.in. This has been corrected in CVS. Sorry!

gThumb pending releases

2006-11-08 Thread Dr. Michael J. Chudobiak
Hello all,

I am hoping to release 2.8.0 (stable) and 2.9.0 (development) versions
of gThumb in the next week or two.

Version 2.8.0 (from gthumb-2-8 branch) should have very few string changes.

However, version 2.9.0 (from HEAD) has several new strings. Translators,
please take a look.

Also, there is one translation of the manual - Russian. It is 4 years
old, and isn't in the right format for gnome-doc-utils. If someone would
like to update it, please let me know. Otherwise, it will be deleted.
(See http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346889 for details.)

Thanks!

- Mike

Hi Michael,

Where can we poor translators find the POT for HEAD?

I found the 2.8 revision here, but maybe this page should be updated
with the HEAD revision?

http://l10n-status.gnome.org/HEAD/sv/fifth-toe/index.html

Regards,
Daniel

Sorry, Daniel, I'm totally new to the i18n side of things.

Doesn't the translator run intltool-update --pot to generate a pot
file? I see that there is a dead pot file in cvs, with the annotation
Pot files are generated files and should *not* be stored in cvs.

Advice appreciated...
