For the To header you'd need a mail or local client configured to do so, in the past GMail allowed adding aliases, I believe it's still the case but you'd have to use an app code for the SMTP authentication field. We literally have too many aliases at this point as you can see here: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/puppet/-/blob/master/modules/postfix/files/virtual-aliases/virtual-gnome.org. Please review the list and see whether the engagement team already has an alias setup for this specific area.
