working before on a different computer. So setting it up this latest

(I almost have Access' desktop 6.2 running in .wine... all works...

EWallet, that works Palm desktop running in wine, I'd be happy w/ just
using Evolution)
My experiance setting up Evolution sync this time worked w/just 3

I'm syncing a lifedrive w/ wifi to Evo, and its working now, but I'd
like to see the gnome conduits flourish!
Glad your all still here!

For now I'm not syncing anything, including date. Once things sync
correctly I was going to start adding in conduits.

I'm glad you figured things out despite the poor instructions. It might

Hope this helps. What features are you interested in working on?

Not a big deal, I just switched the protocol to http and it worked

there a configuration error with the git repository?

Second, I tried to build the code. To my surprise, I could not find a

fallback. The README appears to be woefully out of date (it still had

think this was my own inexperience for the most part, but the README

Trouble building gnome-pilot 2.0.15

2007-01-28 Thread Simon Roberts

Gnome Pilot 2.0.15 has been released.
...
http://download.gnome.org/sources/gnome-pilot/2.0/gnome-pilot-2.0.15.tar.gz
http://download.gnome.org/sources/gnome-pilot-conduits/2.0/gnome-pilot-conduits
-2.0.15.tar.gz

I'm trying to build this as the distributed release with SuSE 10.2 doesn't work
with the palm device I'm using, but I get an error from ./configure.

It says checking for PILOT_APPLET... configure: error: Package requirements
(libpanelapplet-2.0 = 2.0.6) were not met: No package 'libpanelapplet-2.0'
found.

I'm not sure what to do about this. Do I need another package? If so what? Is
this asking for gnome-panel which I see in the source tree at the gnome.org
site? Or something else?

TIA
Simon
