That only works if the account is visible and not in a collapsed part of the tree. Thank you. That worked. I was trying to use Ctrl-F while in Chart of Accounts. Do you mean find all accounts with a given string in the account name? Edit > Find Account (Ctrl+I) brings up a search window (it doesn't work if you are in a report, so go to an account register or your chart of accounts).
