Stan

When you have the report set as the main tab, the Edit Menu will have a Report
Options in the pop-up. Select it then change the values to those you require and
close the dialogue and the report will display with the selected options.

The Top row should end with the "HELP" menu item.  Just below that 
should be a box labelled STOP.  To the right of STOP is OPTIONS. Click 
on OPTIONS.  Note that this is on the second row that ends with PRINT.

Click the Options button once you have the report up. Then go to the 
General tab and change the date range.
