4.0 installation because of a bug in the command line utility and 4.1 due to
the advanced portfolio report error. Both issues have been raised here and
while the first one got a reply from the dev team, the report one seemed
ignored.

I am still on 3.11, hopefully 4.2 will allow me to move forward. Any idea
what's the ATA for the new release?
