Thanks! For some reason I thought it would be an account preference
instead of something global. When I searched for how to switch it I
saw the error reports and figured that it must be that instead.

Check “Force Prices to display as decimals” under “Numbers” on the General tab 
of Preferences.

I'm running version 1:3.3-2 on Ubuntu 18.10. That bug is in the
package's NEWS.gz, but I'm still seeing fractional prices in all my
mutual fund and brokerage accounts.

If you're on Windows, the adjustment is already available in the nightly
builds. Or you can wait for 3.3 as John suggested.
