Re: [GNC] Small bug in the display

2020-02-19 Thread Greg Feneis
Note that in some cases widening a column can put all of the columns on a
common page with a scroll bar at the bottom. So it's possible for the left
most column's contents (date) to appear off the screen.

Kind regards, Greg Feneis

Does double clicking the date column header fix it?

What OS are you using and what version of GnuCash?

Re: [GNC] Small bug in the display

2020-02-19 Thread Adrien Monteleone
There is already a bug filed on a similar issue with dates, but I’m not sure if
this has the same cause. (though one solution might work for both issues)

In the meantime, you can manually resize the date column.

The downside is this is only remembered per account register rather than all of
them at once.

(I think there is also a bug that on some systems the resizing is not
remembered at all, so mileage may vary)

Adrien
