For what it's worth, I also set all my scheduled transactions. I used to see that message, but I have not seen it for a long time. I think the change happened when I got religious about unchecking the "Notify me when created" box in the Overview tab of the scheduler. However, that was a long time ago, so I can't be sure I did not also do something else. Personally I would prefer it not to even tell me about automatically added ones and only tell me about ones I must create manually, but I haven't found a way to hide that message.
