Because somebody wanted to run a uk server for GNUnet a long time ago,
and having multiple hostlists in various locations is generally a good
idea. But this one is clearly ill-maintained, which is a good enough
reason to drop the pointer.

It seems to me as if we could drop this already before the move of the server..?
Why was it setup in the first place? I know there's more than a couple of 
subdomains.
