Mario congratulates and suggests:

Hey, Joe,
Congratulations on such a hefty premium. I have heard
that there is a new 8 story building being planned by
Noronha, Chemburkar Associates on the Miramar Beach
waterfront, near the intersection of the old and new
Panjim to Dona Paula Roads, where the condos are being
priced at Rs.4,000 to 5,000 per sq. ft. and several
have already been sold, sight or plans unseen. This
is the same builder who built the elegant Serenity and
the huge monstrosity called Shalom on either side of
Kamath Kinara. The smallest condo in the new building
is somewhere in the 1,450 sq. ft range, and most of
the buyers are non-Goans. It's crazy, man, especially
for a place that many of you are telling us is going
to hell, and fast.

Anyway, perhaps you can use a modest amount of your
windfall profit to start a Fr. Eusebio memorial trust
fund for disadvantaged Bhayya boys:-)) Some small
compensation for all the damage you have tried to
inflict on his character.

For those of you who have been visiting me at Miramar

I have just moved my residence back to Agassaim as my recently advertised
apartment
at Miramar has been sold. I got about 20% more than what I bargained for. With
that
20%, I managed to buy me one bed flat at Agassaim. Other money are sitting in
the
bank since it had NRI status and is permissible to repatriate back to UK under
RBI
regulations.

My Tata Indicom mobile no. is now changed. However, others like Airtel,
Reliance,
BSNL Hutch remained unchanged.

Pl phone for more details.
