Mario congratulates and suggests: Hey, Joe, Congratulations on such a hefty premium. I have heard that there is a new 8 story building being planned by Noronha, Chemburkar Associates on the Miramar Beach waterfront, near the intersection of the old and new Panjim to Dona Paula Roads, where the condos are being priced at Rs.4,000 to 5,000 per sq. ft. and several have already been sold, sight or plans unseen. This is the same builder who built the elegant Serenity and the huge monstrosity called Shalom on either side of Kamath Kinara. The smallest condo in the new building is somewhere in the 1,450 sq. ft range, and most of the buyers are non-Goans. It's crazy, man, especially for a place that many of you are telling us is going to hell, and fast. Anyway, perhaps you can use a modest amount of your windfall profit to start a Fr. Eusebio memorial trust fund for disadvantaged Bhayya boys:-)) Some small compensation for all the damage you have tried to inflict on his character. _ Do not post admin requests to the list.
