Antonio Correia Lima was a Portuguese medical doctor who witnessed the first hand events of 18 December 1961. In O Fim dos Seculos meaning the end of Centuries, Dr. Lima recounts through his experience the last days of Portuguese presence in Goa. His last chapter is dedicated to my father who worked with him. Dr. Lima was than captured and taken prisoner and left Goa after 5 months living in horrible conditions in the concentration camp. BC
