I would say that it is possible for GOANS of all distinctions, castes,
religions and what-have-you to come under just one open and all
encompassing umbrella. And that UMBRELLA is the SPECIAL STATUS FOR GOA to
save its LAND for GOANS.
All other issues are irrelevant as these will come to an abrupt end with the
onset of SPECIAL STATUS because Goans who have now lost hope and faith in
themselves to bring about a change through a United Goa will think
differently and be encouraged to work for their GOA with zeal and
committment if they get the smell of victory of having saved their land for
themselves and the posterity.

PS: GRA is launching a massive 'organized' signature campaign from tomorrow
( at Instituto de Nossa Senhora de Piedade Hall, Panjim) to cover entire 40
constituencies of Goa targetting 2 lakh signatures each form North and
South in keeping with it's promise given to the people of Goa on 15 March,
2011 at the Azad Maidan, Panjim. The GRA website www.gragoa.com shall be
operational within a few days with details of the Memorandum and the
signature format to be signed and returned within Goa and from outside Goa.
It is enough that GOANS have waited for far too long for the promises of
grant of Special Status for Goa to materialize. Now, it is time for fight
for it.
