Regularizing illegal structures are mostly done in Goa. In fact, in future people should start constructing illegal housing because it is certain that one day whichever Govt comes in power, they will surely regularize. This is not a Joke but it is a fact and it happens mostly only in Goa. This is a good opportunity for those appointed as PDA's Chairman. IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. BUT WHAT TO DO.
