This is to bring to your notice that a truck carrying iron ore fell into my field at Saligao ( Cotula ) . The truck fell day before night ( midnight ) and was brought to my notice by my caretaker just last evening so I went and saw it - most of the ore has been shifted but there is still a lot of it left in the field with one side of the road badly damaged.
Question is whose truck was it and why was it carrying this ore through shortcut ( cotula - goletem ) . For whom was the ore intended and for what reason and mainly is it legal to transport ore in the late hours of night . I have made a written complaint which I am going to send to the Police and Panchayat ( Saligao ) Regards Cyril
