There was also not any misuse of the national flag intended. Education minister Luizinho Faleiro's grand vision to provide a full-fledged and high-tech computer lab in each school seems to have gone off track. If the principals and headmasters are to be believed, then the mega Computer Education Plan of the State for 2005-09 was to start from September 1, but more than a month has passed and the schools are still waiting for the labs to become functional. (GT) o Final modalities on the Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET) 2006 will be out by October 15. There is no clue yet on what the government decided about the weightage and the process for conducting the exams next year. Anxieties have already begun to creep into students' minds. Grind together: black peppercorns, cayenne, poppy seeds, garlic, ginger, onions, almonds, coconut, nutmeg, and salt. Make slashes in the meat and fill with spice/onion paste. Put meat into a pan with ghee (clarified butter), dahi (plain yogurt), cardamoms, cinnamon, and bay leaves, then cook on medium heat. Turn meat occasionally and sprinkle with hing water, adding water or dahi if necessary. Reduce heat.
